The Realization Process
The Realization Process is a series of guided meditations that help us connect more deeply with the internal space in our bodies while also cultivating deep contact with others and with our environment.. Developed and taught by Judith Blackstone, these practices cultivate an experience of internal cohesion, authenticity, increased vitality, and the integration of awareness, emotion, and physical sensation.
Through these practices, we come home to ourselves as we awaken to our lack of separation from the world around us.
For a sample of a Realization Process practice, here's a video of Judith Blackstone teaching "Attunement to Fundamental Consciousness."

(Comment from an Intro Class Participant)
"As fundamental consciousness, we let go of our grip on ourselves and our environment. We allow ourselves to experience the clarity of our thoughts and the full impact of our emotions, physical sensations, and perceptions. This is freedom; freedom from our own constricting grasp on our body and being.”
